Vessel Management & Tracking
This section records basic vessel information like (vessel name, voyage number, cargo type and master name) and records optional information like port of calls. These information is used later to link the vessel’s boarding with a submitted manifest online.
Customs officers can view boardings of vessels that arrived and has a linked manifest and boardings of vessels that don’t have linked manifests.
The bonded stores are list of administrative stored items on the ship. These stored items can be recorded dynamically into the system based on the requirements for every nation in their governmental document during the boarding.
Captain’s Manifest is the list of line items that exist on the ship. The system compares/audits the line items in the scanned Captain’s Manifest document with the actual line items received in the system. Any missing or extra line item that is found and recorded, does not affect the outcome of the manifests and their BLs in the system.
